Lori Thorpe, Partner
Lori has over 20 years of experience helping entrepreneurial clients achieve financial success. She is a general service partner who has garnered valuable experience in business consulting, accounting and tax matters. She has worked with a wide range of clients, including companies in the manufacturing, marketing and advertising, consulting and services, professional services, retail and not-for-profit sectors.
Lori graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, and obtained her designation as a Chartered Accountant in 1993 and as a Certified Financial Planner in 2001. She began her career at one of Canada’s largest chartered accounting firms, then moved to a small boutique firm and finally found her home in 1997 at Rosenswig McRae Thorpe LLP, where adding a high level of value to clients is the common goal.
Her ability to understand her clients is her greatest strength; it allows her to work with them to help identify their needs and to offer proactive, efficient and effective solutions.
